Kelsey Metz is a multifaceted performer, dance instructor, and choreographer from Phoenix, Arizona. Throughout her career, she has gained wide-ranging experience in commercial and concert dance, choreography, and videography, collaborating with artists such as Carley Conder, Keith Thompson, Mandy Moore, Peter Chu, Liz Imperio, Jess Hendrix, and Ray Leeper. Kelsey has performed nationally in venues including the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, the El Portal, the New York Civic Center, the Roseland Ballroom, the Majestic Theatre, and numerous theaters across Arizona.

She currently dances with CONDER/Dance and Bread Dance Company and is in her 13th season teaching and choreographing at Conservatory of Dance. A lifelong learner, she continues to expand her movement practice through professional training in Countertechnique, Gaga, and Progressive Ballet Technique. Her commitment to growth and artistry fuels both her performance work and her dedication to sharing dance with the community.
